At Fable Attire, we take pride in creating high-quality custom t-shirts and merchandise. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our updated return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer replacements for items that meet the following criteria:
The item is defective or damaged during shipping.
The item has a printing error (e.g., incorrect size, design, or text).
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Items you change your mind about after receiving them.
Worn, washed, or altered items.
Merchandise items (e.g., hats, mugs, accessories), unless they are damaged or have a printing error.
3. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any reason other than in cases of defective or damaged products.
In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge, but no monetary refunds will be issued.
4. Size Replacement (One-Time Only)
For first-time orders only, if you receive the wrong size, we will replace it once at no additional cost to you. To be eligible for this, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be unworn and unwashed.
Important: This offer applies only to your first order. After your first order, we are unable to replace items for size issues, so please refer to our size guide before ordering.
5. Replacement Process
Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [Your Contact Email]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or incorrect item.
Step 2: If your request is approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost. We will not charge shipping for the replacement item.
6. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the return is for reasons outside of defective or incorrect items.
We cover the shipping for the replacement item if it is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged item, incorrect design).
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, or if there is an error with the printing (wrong design, size, or text), please contact us immediately within the 7-day return window. We will replace the item for you at no extra charge.
8. Processing Time
Once your request for a replacement is approved, we will process and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your replacement has shipped.
